Dan Siler, Founder & President
Dan found his way to IT by way of fleet management, managing a variety of equipment fleets across multiple industries. For years after that, he slogged away as a “break-fix” network engineer for a telecommunication company, fixing problems as they occurred and then moving onto the next one. Then he found a new way—a better way—of approaching IT. Dan discovered the groundbreaking philosophy behind “Technology Success Providers” and set out to build a business around its proactive-minded principles. With Technology Success, he ingrains himself into his clients’ operations, assessing needs and creating customized technology toolkits that can be used to stop tech issues before they occur. He is proud that the services he offers are as dynamic as each business he serves.
Dustin Gorman, Account Manager
Dustin discovered his knack for tech in high school, where a computer class led him to his first internship in an IT department. Since then, he’s spent nearly two decades working with technology and gaining a full spectrum of experience, from building computers and installing sound systems to managing full-scale IT projects. He brings his talent for wrangling hardware and his passion for solving problems to Technology Success, where he is an instrumental part of our team.
